Physical Requirement

Here are the fitness requirements:

- Run 1 Mile in 10 minutes (males under 35 years)

- Run 1 Mile in 12 minutes (females and males over 35 years)

- Sit-Ups & Push-Ups: 25 per minute (males only)

- Height: 5 feet 4 inches, except for DERT Rescuers (minimum height 5 feet)

- Height: 5 feet for females

- Chest: 33 inches, except for DERT Rescuers (males only)
